"Amazing hotel- the staff were all lovely and so kind! The breakfast buffet was excellent! The rooms were so spacious and clean. They provided all the lovely bathroom products - bath salts, toothbrushes etc. they also gave us fresh pajamas every night which were lovely!! I would just say that while we were there 2 of the pools were closed which was super disappointing as one of the reasons we booked here is because they had not listed any pool closures. As well, the only other adult pool was always full and it might have been nice to open up the day beds for free to provide additional seating at the adult pool. The pool staff were super polite and accommodating when seating became available and even came to find us at the general pool when a spot became available. Beach and swimming area was great and well attended by staff. Overall lovely experience! I would not hesitate to stay here again!"

"The property is beautifully situated on a hill overlooking the ocean with spacious balconies. The pool’s are uniquely designed, the women’s spa is stunning, the rooms extremely spacious and include a washer/dryer. Room service food was delivered super fast and piping hot. Parking is extremely convenient. The staff was so gracious, helpful and kind. I loved everything about my stay at the Hiyori."

"A super-clean, spacious, thoughtfully-designed suite with a small kitchen & a washing machine inside each room. The hotel is located next to American Village, but the room was quiet. Breakfast buffet included made-to-order omelet station, and the restaurant offers very delicious dinner. The rooftop infinity pool is beautiful, but it costs extra 2,000 yen, so we didn't use it."

"The room was spacious & well maintained. We had a lovely balcony and reading nook beside it. Plenty of room for 2 pieces of luggage, great amenities provided. Our resort was much nicer than the sister property connected by an adjoining bridge on the 4th floor. The resort was situated on an incline and if you walked out to find main road, you'd be 3 mins from a 7 eleven and 5 min from a Lawson as well as some restaurants. We paid 3000Yen for parking for 4 nights (1000Y a day but capped at 3000Y). Overall a very comfortable stay and we'd definitely go back."

"Hotel was festively decorated for Halloween, helpful and friendly employees, great kids play area. The room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom spacious, wonderful to have free washer/dryer combo in room, dryer takes 3hrs so after the first night we hung to dry and clothes were dry by morning, asian breakfast excellent, close to monorail, easy 10 minutes to airport, DonQ downstairs, room had a great view of the city lights & river. Would stay here again."

"Everything about this hotel was great - amazing location near Kokusai-dori (great shopping and food), staff was always attentive and helpful, and there was never a shortage of things to do in the hotel in case you decided to stay in for a day. 10/10 would recommend for a stay in Naha."

"Breakfast warning: you must order your scrambled eggs at the eggs station, where only one chef is responsible for the entire room. When you finally receive your eggs, the coffee you also need to request from a waiter will be cold. This minor oversight makes the experience rather disappointing, especially considering the variety and quality of the buffet."
