Die Lage ist optimal, das Haus sehr einfach ausgestattet, für 4 personen ok, für mehr wird es eng. Die Betten stehen alle an einer Wand ohne Nachttisch, so dass es schon mal zu kletteraktionen führt. Ansonsten ein sehr großes ruhig gelegenes Grundstück mit minimaler Gartenausstattung.

Schöne Umgebung im Grünen

Schön. Angenehm. Großes, helles Wohnzimmer. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Für jeden ein Schlafzimmer. Es war immer schön warm in der Vorsaison. Recht praktisch ausgestattet bis auf Wasserhähne (Schlafzimmer: Wasserhähne tropften ) in Dusche und Schlafzimmern. Keine(Einhandmischbatterien/Verbrühungsgefahr). Man gewöhnt sich dran...

perfekte Lage und großes Haus

Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad in 5 min am Strand und in die Gegenrichtung in nur 5 min in Ostkapelle, wo der Supermarkt ist. Sehr viele gut augebaute Fahrradwege in direkter Nähe machen Lust auf Entdeckungstour zu gehen. Am Strand war durch die eigene Strandkabine immer der Platz reserviert. Das Haus ist groß, hat einen sehr großen Garten mit schattenspendenen Bäumen ist und für mehrere Personen gut geeignet und gut ausgestattet (deutsches TV ab Sender 450 ist in der Senderliste erkennbar und Föhn haben wir immer selber dabei). Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den deutschen Vermietern, helfen auch falls es Fragen gibt.

Toller Garten, tolle Lage!

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit herrlichem Garten und fußläufig zum Strand und zum Ortszentrum. Netter Vermieter und reibungslose Kommunikation. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: die Ausstattung könnte gemütlicher sein. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen

Weekje Oostkapelle

Communicatie was goed en incheck ook. De 500m naar strand was voor ons 1200 m tenzij we niet de juiste weg hebben ontdekt. Verder het advies om het zitcomfort in het huisje te verhogen. En wat sfeer in de kamer brengen, in meubels en verlichting. Lounge meubels in de fantastische tuin zou ook een mooie upgrade zijn. Verder mooie omgeving en centrale ligging tov andere leuke plaatsen. Prachtig strand.

Wundervoller Garten

ganz ok. Am schönsten: der Garten. Angenehm: das viele Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Trockner. Weniger gut die Dusche (schlecht einzustellen). Kein Putzlappen. Ein Zimmer nicht beheizbar (Thermostat!), kein Föhn sonst üblich in FeWo). Kein Unterstand für Fahrräder bei Regenwetter. TV deutsch??? Keine Bedienungsanleitiung

Schönes Haus - sehr gute Umgebung - unerträglicher Gestank

Das Haus, Grudstück und die Umgebung = alles könnte dort wunderschön und perfekt sein für einen Familienurlaub. Leider stimmt dort etwas nicht, dann es ist ein solcher Muff im Haus, dass man glaubt überall sei Schimmel. Selbst heizen udn lüften und Parfür versprühen hilft nicht. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und mussten - wieder zu Hause angekommen - die gesamte Wäsche mehrmals waschen (auch auf 90 Grad) und immer wieder lüften bevor sie überhaupt weiter nutzen konnten. Dabei mussten wir einige Kleidungsstücke und auch Taschen und Rucksächke sogar entsorgen :-( Der Vermieter hat sich entschuldigt und will sich kümmern. Eine Entschädigung gab es nicht. Vor einer Anmietung raten wir dringend den Zustand und eventuelle Entschädigugen im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter abzuklären.

Nettes Haus im Park

Das Haus ist sehr schön inmitten von hohen Bäumen gelegen, daher schattig und an heißen Tagen angenehm zum Ausbaumeln. Einrichtung (insbesondere die Küchenutensilien) etwas arg basic für den Preis.

Ein schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, verfügt aber über alles, was benötigt wird. Das Haus umgibt ein Garten dessen Zugang sich von der Strasse absichern lässt, was angenehm ist, wenn kleinere Kinder dabei sind. Ebenfalls gut ist, dass eine Strandkabine im Mietpreis enthalten ist.

Jugendherbergs-Feeling

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, der Garten groß und mit Bäumen bewachsen. Leider ist die Ausstattung des Hauses in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise kaputt und es riecht im Haus sehr muffig. Die Küchenausstattung ist nicht vollständig (zu wenige Kaffeelöffel, keine Eierbecher…) Wir fühlten uns leider nicht wohl im Haus… Positiv ist anzumerken, dass der Vermieter uns hinsichtlich der Mängel (kaputte Lampe, schmutzige Schränke, blinder Spiegel, dreckige Kissen) finanziell eine Mieterstattung zukommen ließ.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage

Kurzurlaub in Oostkapelle

Das Haus befindet sich am Anfang einer kleinen Siedlung. Sehr schöne Wander und Radwege in angrenzendem Wald und Strandgebiet. Die Dusche im Bad bedarf einer Erneuerung ist leider sehr klein. Ansonsten einfache, zweckmäßig Ausstattung.
