Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

The House was as described and we really enjoyed our stay there. It was super clean and the Pool area was big enough for 12 people. The owner was nice and easy to reach. The only thing was that the wifi was not strong enough for 12 people to work properly.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Ubytování bylo perfektní, přesně podle popisu na fotkách, moderní, ale zároveň stylové. Všude čisto k dispozici ručníky, mýdlo, kapsle do myčky, k dispozici byla pračka, fén, každý pokoj má svou koupelnu, pokud něco došlo, byl k dispozici tatínek hostitele, kterému stačilo říct a vše obstaral. Potřebovali jsme odjet brzy ráno tak jsme se domluvili na předání den předem večer , Nic nebylo problém, prostě ideální pro naší skupinu 10 lidí . Komunikace taky perfektní vybavení kuchyně skvělé, vše co jsme potřebovali bylo v dispozici. Moc děkujeme a přejeme spoustu dalších spokojených hostů. Marcela Kotková

Extraordinary journey!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt geeignet für größere Gruppen. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist stilvoll eingerichtet und hat ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt eine Outdoorküche mit großem Ofen in dem man Grillen oder Pizza machen kann. Auch der Poolbereich bietet genügend Platz für eine große Gruppe und ist schön angelegt. Zusätzlich wurden wir sehr herzlich von unseren Host empfangen - wir können die Unterkunft deshalb nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Brilliant service!

Sehr ansprechend renoviertes altes Gebäude - Kombination aus alten Gemäuern und modernen Elementen (Säulen, Treppe, Decken aus Beton) sehr schön gelungen. Große Terrasse mit kompletter Aussenküche und Feuerstelle über dem Pool perfekt für gemütliche Abende. Eigentümer spricht sehr gut Englisch und empfing uns mit Willkommens-Drinks - insgesamt sehr angenehmer Kontakt beim Checkin. Was man wissen sollte: Haus liegt mit ein paar weiteren Ferienhäusern etwas abgeschieden im Wald - nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Form eines Mini-Marktes im kleinen Ort etwa 2km vom Haus. Bei Öffnen der Fenster fallen schon mal ein paar Wanzen ins Zimmer, die man dann wieder ins Freie befördern muss. 😊 In Summe waren wir sehr positiv überrascht und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Wir waren mit 11 Personen (16-20 Jahre alt) 7 Tage lang in der Casa Jovanin und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt und waren überwältigt von dem schönen Haus/Pool.

Schöne Villa in abgelegener Gegend, die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und gut erreichbar, das Haus war sehr sauber und sah neu renoviert aus, es gab aufgrund eines Ungewitters einen Stromausfall in der ganzen Gegend jedoch war das nicht schlimm, da es Gasherde gab die trotzdem nicht funktioniert haben, der Wasserboiler ist durch den Stromausfall ausgefallen aber es kam sofort der Gastgeber vorbei und hat diesen wieder repariert Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war großartig. Unser Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und war telefonisch sehr gut zu erreichen. Besonders die Tatsache, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat war für uns als größere Gruppe sehr hilfreich. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet und es gab auch die nötigsten Grundlagen wie Salz, Zucker und Öl. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Traumhafte Villa in Livade

Wir waren eine Woche mit der gesamten Familie im Urlaub. Die Villa ist einfach wunderschön ! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass jeder sein eigenes Bad hatte. Da die Villa wirklich groß ist, gab es genug Rückzugsorte. Die meiste Zeit haben wir in der tollen Aussenküche direkt am Pool verbracht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder !

Wir haben das Haus Jovanin genutzt. Es ist sehr luxuriös und ansehnlich eingerichtet! Die bequemen liegen im Schatten am Pool haben uns neben den 6 Bädern am besten gefallen! Nebenbei kann man auch noch in der top ausgestatteten freiküche kochen! Wundervoll!!!

This house is huge! It's very spacious, so it's the perfect place for families or group of friends. Really loved how the villa is decorated. It really had summer Mediterranean vibes. The location of this place is amazing and if you are looking for something quiet, this is a great choice for you. The beach is not very close, you will need a car. So having a swimming pool was a really great choice for this place. Luckily, the supermarket and restaurants are close. Overall, very happy with the place and hope to come back again!
