Guest Access:

Guest will have access to everything inside the unit, private balcony, indoor pool, outdoor, tennis courts, and beach!



The Neighborhood:

Pelican Pointe is centrally located to all the action in Orange Beach! Only 1 mile away from Publix, Walmart Neighborhood/Rouses grocery stores, Adventure Island, and some of the best restaurants in the Orange Beach area!



If you need to take a break from the beach, hop in the car for a 10 minute ride to enjoy the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA, Tropic Falls Indoor Waterpark, OWA theme park, and more!



Getting Around:

Parking passes must be purchased on-site through the Security Guard at Pelican Pointe and are limited to 2 maximum per unit. They are $50/each (price may be higher for renters staying longer than 30 days) and can be paid via CASH OR CHECK ONLY.



Upon entering the front gate at Pelican Pointe, use a specific gate code which will be given to you after booking!. You can park anywhere in an open parking spot but must keep your parking pass on your dashboard throughout your stay to avoid being towed.



Other Things to Note:

After two years of post-Hurricane Ida construction and a crazy freak hailstorm, the construction workers are gone! Our building looks and feels brand new! (4/23)
