Comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests, this stunning retreat offers a bright open-concept layout with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing breathtaking views of the Gulf. Step outside onto the large wraparound balcony and enjoy fresh coastal breezes and unforgettable sunsets from your private outdoor space. Guests will love the thoughtful extras including a beach wagon, beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella located in the entry closet, along with hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, and a child playpen for added convenience. During your stay, enjoy incredible on-site amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, three hot tubs, tennis courts, indoor A/C racquetball courts, outdoor basketball courts, a fitness center with sauna, shaded gazebos with BBQ grills, and a spacious lobby with a game and lounge area. July Beach Trip

The unit was exactly as advertised. Corner unit with a beautiful view. The kids loved the pool and beach access was very easy. The sleeping areas were comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the easy chair in the master bedroom for short daytime naps. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we need. The elevators were never a long wait and they were always operating. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful corner condo

This updated and comfortable 3 bedroom condo was the perfect size for our group of 7. Although we had a few days of rain to contend with, we still had plenty of tome to enjoy the beach. Overall the condo was great, and the beds were quite comfortable , although the living room could use a table or two and a lamp. My main complaint was the very sketchy tv service, and with the rain days, we were in need of a distraction a time or two.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay here for spring break! The large balcony is perfect, though the new building being built on the left does obstruct your sunrise views, but other than that the view is A++! I recommend walking down to the pier for the sunset views anyway! Only complaint is we had a really hard time with the living room TV….it didn’t like to connect and it kept losing volume so we’d have to reset and pray we could get it connected again. Overall a minor issue since we were not there to watch tv anyway! The property manager was extremely helpful and very kind in helping us extend our stay an extra day. Location is close to everything but far enough down the road you skip some of the heavier traffic! 100% recommend!

This condo location is great, near our favorite restaurants, easy to get to the grocery store, etc. The unit is a corner unit so has tons of light, a balcony on the front (street/bay view) side as well ad the back (beachfront/oceanview). It's on the 12th floor (of 15). It was clean, newly updated bathrooms, comfortable beds, loads of pillows, bedding, towels, etc. They had beach toys, wagon, chairs & umbrella to use. The view is amazing. The beach is great, indoor & outdoor pools, a fitness center (small, but my teens were happy to have one), basketball, tennis, pickleball, & raquetball. Convenient to everything.
