Great home, great views!!

The property is exactly as pictured! It is beautiful inside and out. You can sit on the balcony and watch dolphins swim early in the morning. The sunrises and sunsets from the balcony are amazing too. The beds are comfortable, the ice makers were a nice bonus for getting ready to head to the beach (just a short walk or drive depending on where you want to go). The description is misleading regarding parking. It clearly states that the reservation provides one parking pass, but you actually have to pay $55 for your first pass and an additional $55 for the second parking pass. Not a huge deal however a bit misleading in the description. The kitchen is pretty well equipped, there are only 3 pieces of Tupperware so plan accordingly for leftovers if you are cooking. No complaints otherwise! It was nice to have a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. My sister uses a wheelchair from time to time and the unit was roomy enough for her to get around in her wheelchair when needed. If you need a good dad joke, the security guy on the weekends won't disappoint :) We had a great stay and the property managers were very responsive to our questions. Cleaning was running behind for the 4 o'clock check in and they let us put our groceries in the fridge and our belongings in the clean room so we could hit the pool after a long day of traveling. I would rent from this group again and if availability worked out, I would rent this condo again!
