Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Great location. Unit was nice. Couple of maintenance issues 1) There’s a wasp nest outside the door going out to the front of property where private deck is located 2) The vent to the dryer needs checking. Hot air blows out from behind the dryer on the left side facing the dryer.

Two story Condo

Please be aware that this is a two story condo with the kitchen, MB, and living room accessible only by a steep staircase. They need to have a picture of the stairs and make that much more clear. The condo could use a refresh and deep clean. The view, however, was spectacular.

Location was great. Place was filthy. I had ti purchase cleaning supplies and clean it myself. Housekeeping never came after emails to the property management.

If 0 stars were available that's what I would have rated. Condo wasn't clean at all return air had caked on dust on the grill. Sofa and live seat was stained and nasty. The balcony chairs were torn. The mold on the rug on the balcony was terrible. They did send a maintenance guy to clean the return air grill and he also agreed the condo wasn't filthy. If there had been any other places that were available to rent we would have left.
