I loved the location only thing with the property is the ceiling in the bathroom was flaking paint extremely bad so everytime we took showers we where cleaning paint out of our hair and on our body so it kind of defeated the point in taking a shower

The condo needs some major love. The ceiling paint in The bathroom was falling all over. Half of the outlets do not work. The condo is outdated and needs new kitchen wear. One pan was not useable because it was flaking off. Pretty disappointed overall

The location and beach was great. Our room was dirty upon arrival with sand on the floor, mold all on the shower curtain and the supply vents around the whole suite. We had a musty smell from stagnant air. The door gap on every room is too small and the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn’t ran before we came, causing moisture build-up (because the return is in the utility closet). The security door handle had all the rear screws almost removed so I tightened them.The smoke detector would randomly start going off with nothing being cooked at all.Sheetrock above shower was flaking and looked like it was molded at one point and scraped.The dishwasher is cocked at an angle to clear the fridge being too big, but still scrapes the fridge.Broken dishes in the cabinets and some were dirty still.

Condo had a strange odor. Sand on furniture and toilet didn’t flush very good. Would have been helpful if upon checking would have told what floor the room was on.

Very nice and great location. Our specific rental had issues with the toilet flushing properly, and had mold on the shower curtain. Not specific to our rental were the numerous guests who would often smoke on their balcony, and at times it was not just tobacco. This just made it hard to enjoy being out on the balcony at times.

The quality of the condo was below par. Kitchen cabinets condition is appalling. There is flaking and mildew spots cover the bathroom ceiling. Mildew around the edge of the tub where it meets the wall. The drain pug was broken off. The mattress should be thrown out immediately. It probably sinks 2-4 inches on the side closest to the bathroom. I don’t think I have ever slept on such a worn out mattress. However, I will give very high marks on the management team. I had one contact with them regarding the entry code and they were excellent. The property is just appalling though. Either have the property owner do a substantial lift or the management team should drop the property. Sorry to be so blunt, but this review is 100% accurate. Please verify.

Okay Rental

Overall, our stay in this room was okay. We were not allowed to check in early after traveling all day, then at 4:00, our code to the door didn’t work, so we had to call and request a new code. When we got in to the condo, the room smelled of smoke and mildew. The coffee pot still had coffee in it, the bathroom floor was disgusting, and the shower was dark with no light. This condo is very out dated, and needs some attention. The plates in the cupboard were still dirty and looked as if they had just been washed off. The condo is in a very good location.

Everything was amazing and easy to access, the only issue was we got locked out of room bc of the battery going dead to the lock but I simply called the office and someone was there within 10 minutes so no wait at all...The view is amazing especially morning sunrise and to find where to eat was a breeze bc two of the best restaurants are located across the street

Condo had what we needed for our 7 day stay. Ed was very comfortable for me. The floors we extremely dirty and the dirt was pretty thick in some spots. I don’t understand why every condo we’ve ever been in this area doesn’t have cleaning services that know how to clean the floor. I’d get a different cleaner if I were the owner. The condo size was good for the two of us. Grateful for the recliners. Check in and out was super easy. Door combo was nice but we found we had to press the pound sign before the numbers for door to open. That info was not provided.Cupboards Should be replaced. They’re in bad shape. Loved all there was to do in the area. Thanks.

Great property

The unit was great and the property was also. The walkway to the beach was awesome to have and the numerous pools on the property weren’t crowded so there were plenty of lounge chairs. There was plenty of parking and a lot of great restaurants close by.

The kitchen cabinets are in need of update

The elevator situation is terrible. Waited 10 minutes to get an available elevator. The condo is old. The kitchen need updated. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable and there was sand on the mattress pad.
