Welcome to Phoenix V 601, a splendid 3 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf-front condo on the 6th floor, where every moment promises relaxation and scenic beauty. This west corner unit in Orange Beach is perfect for families or groups seeking a beachfront haven.

The Primary suite is a tranquil retreat, featuring a King bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a North-facing balcony. The private bath boasts a tile walk-in shower, offering a spa-like experience. The second bedroom is comfortably furnished with 2 Full beds and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom is ideal for kids or extra guests, featuring a Full bed, Twin bunk beds, and a flat-screen TV.

Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. A full-sized washer and dryer add convenience to your stay.

The open living area is a highlight, boasting floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning views. A 65-inch TV provides entertainment, and a sofa sleeper expands sleeping options, accommodating up to 12 guests in total.

Phoenix V offers an impressive selection of amenities designed for both relaxation and fun. Take a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool or let the kids enjoy the pirate themed splash pad with a slide. For year round comfort, the large heated indoor pool and hot tubs provide a relaxing escape. Guests can stay active with three pickleball courts, tennis courts, a racquetball court, a half court basketball court, and a fully equipped fitness room. When it’s time to unwind, enjoy the on site sauna or gather at the grilling area with a gazebo, perfect for outdoor meals. Complimentary wireless internet is available throughout the property, making it easy to stay connected during your stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

This is a great place to stay! Everything was perfect and just as pictured. The view was amazing, i never wanted to leave. The indoor pool gets a little crowded at times but its so big it didnt really make a difference. They do need to put more seating in the indoor pool area. Only thing about the room is they did not provided enough towels, but luckily we brought our own. Over all everything was perfect and i would definately stay here again.

This was the perfect stay for seven of us! The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean and spacious, the pool was great for the kids, and the walk to the beach was easy and quick.

Check in process was very easy but it seems a little much to pay 60 dollars apiece for parking passes and not have a reserved spot. View from condo was wonderful and most furnishings were good. Some things I’d suggest addressing are more kitchen supplies, specifically silverware and pots and pans. The double bed in the small bedroom makes so much noise that it kept people awake. The dryer could use a replacement or vent cleaning. Loads took two to three hours to dry. Don’t let these things keep you from renting, we had a wonderful week.

Property was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook in the condo. Our only issue was our code for the door disabled at 8:30 am and our check out time was 10 am. Luckily we still had people in the condo to let us in.

Nice condo for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Great corner room. Middle bed mattress was uncomfortable. Sounded Ike it had a plastic covering on it but we looked. It made an awful sound when turned over. We slept in bunk beds instead. Everything else was great and it was an easy check in/check out procedure.

The light fixture in one of the bathroom was out. A lamp was place in the bathroom on the vanity. The cord ran behind the faucet to the opposite side of the wall. In one of the bedrooms the wall switches (3) didn’t connect to the ceiling fan. Actually had to pull the chain to operate the light and fan. The pillows on the sectional were soiled. The lamp in the bathroom probably belonged in the bedroom.reported the outage in the bathroom to know avail .

Nicely equipped unit close to the beach

This unit had all the modern conveniences we were used to at home. Smart TV’s in living area and all (3) bedrooms. The furniture and decor was updated and beach inspired but not overdone. Beds were super comfy and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Balcony gave a nice view and the end unit kept the surrounding residents and guests background noise to a minimum. Overall a nice experience and we enjoyed our vacation in this property.

Loved Our Stay!

This condo was so great! The decorations and the homie feel were fantastic. One downside was one of the beds in the guest bedroom creaks loudly, making it quite noisy. We did contact the property manager about it and they said they would let maintenance know, so it possibly could be fixed before the next guest. Overall the condo was fantastic, comfortable, and we had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

Location and condo was great! Family had a great time! Will say there a few cleanliness things within the room that could have been caught. Fridge was dirty on inside and outside and stains on the second bedroom walls. Like chocolate maybe? Other than that we enjoy every bit. Loved the bright colors and the view!!

2023 summer

This is extremely late since it was June 2023. The condo was great for our sleeping needs and the view was spectacular. We had an issue with the double bed in one room as it was making a lot of noise. When I looked under it found some trash, dirt and broken glass. I contacted host and they tried to take care of the bed not much they can do about the trash.

The stay was overall pretty good.

The only issue we had was the tvs. The master room tv had no remote. I ended up downloading the remote to my phone so we could watch tv so it worked out. Other than that everything else worked out pretty good.

Overall the stay was great! A little inconvenient bc there was a water event in the condo above us and water leaked through so upon arrival there was a loud dehumidifier in there for a few days and a weird smell (probably from the water) in the bedroom with the bunk beds so the kids couldn’t use the room which was super inconvenient considering we got a 3 bedroom so they could have their own room. Overall though we loved the condo.

Great condo

Beautiful views, friendly and helpful staff, even came to show us how to use remote for tv. They had wonderful shopping carts to haul all your luggage, etc. to you unit. We would definitely stay again!

Bachelorette Trip Review

Overall the property was wonderful as it was close proximity to the beach and so much more. The one change I would make to the property is to have more than 6 towels when the property can sleep 12. I understand not having a plethora of towels but at least 1 per guest would be nice.
