Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. Condo was well kept inside and out. Loved the large balcony and dock to fish off of. Saw dolphins come by multiple times which was fun. Wish we could have walked across the street to the beach, but it was roped off for nesting birds. The drive to the public access was close and was relatively quiet with fantastic swimming conditions. Would definitely come to this area again as it was so much less busy

Incorrect description on amenities

Pool was closed the whole week of our stay. Description of the property said beach access was within walking distance, it was not. Residenys in the complex were rude.

First vacation for most of us

We had a great time but when we first arrived there was only one parking space available and we had two cars even though we paid for an extra parking spot and the lady I talked to wasn’t very nice. Other problem was when we left my niece had left a few stains on some towels and my 8 year old autistic son had got a few bm spots on a comforter which both would come out with bleach if I would have been known id be charged 100 more dollars after leaving I would have cleaned and taken it completely out myself. Everything was white in there and I had 5 kids with me I just think pulling 100 from someone’s account before even telling them about it for something like this is ridiculous plus water went out for a few hours while we was there we called and they couldn’t tell us why it was out. Other than all that we had a great time.

Spacious apartment, great location

We are 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) and stayed 3 days/4 nights at the apartment. Easy booking process and great communication with the rental company. I reached out to them several times and they were great at answering my questions. We needed 2 parking passes and they were on the kitchen counter when we arrived. The only thing that wasn’t as advertised was the “standard white glove clean” as promised in a message we received before our arrival. The floors weren’t clean, the rug in the living room hadn’t been vacuumed and the trim in the bathrooms appeared to not have been wiped down in some time. We ended up sweeping the floors after we arrived and I emailed the rental company because I wanted them to be aware of it and a day later they replied and offered to have someone come clean the apartment again. We appreciated the offer and accepted it but in the end, it didn’t happen.Overall, we had a great stay. The apartment is well accommodating for the number of guests, the location is great and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings.
