Perfect family vacation spot

Great condo. Plenty of space. Very clean. The location was perfect. Parking is tight if u have a larger vehicle but fine if you take it slowly.. View from balcony was amazing.

Beautiful location!

This Condo was beautiful. It accommodated my family of 3 and my parents very comfortably. The location was amazing. My mom loved to watch the dolphins from the balcony. The beach was gorgeous! I would love to go back.

Wonderful condo

The condo was fantastic. Very roomy and beautifully decorated . Having four full bathrooms was great. The patio was wonderful. The complex was very nice. We enjoyed the tennis courts and pickleball. Great location. Very minimal starter items—bring dish, laundry and dishwasher soap, trash bags, coffee, foil, shampoo, etc.

Reviewer Comments: Oasis has everything to make a vacation fun for kids and adults! —Lazy River, water slide, pool, splash pad, adult pool, indoor pool and The Grill for food and drinks in addition to the beach with easy accessThe elevators are overloaded at times especially on weekends when guests are trying to haul their luggage and beach equipment up or down. My only complaint was that our condo was not very clean. We had to wipe counters and vacuum. Overall, the children had a blast and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would definitely come back to Oasis.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful vacation with family . Overall good vacation if you leave out the interaction with the front desk. Julie (I think) needs some training on how to be little more personal and helpful instead of just tell you there is no help at this location. Out of 4 different interactions with her over the week. My wife went to her looking for housekeeping and she said there is no housekeeping office. 30 seconds later on the phone with someone from housekeeping. She’s at the door with a housekeeping sign right above it. That’s just one example. The unit needs a few items repaired but was not a big deal. Spay hose in kitchen sink sticks and will spray water everywhere if you don’t know and turn water on. Coffee pot needs replacing. Good location. Nice beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility was great. It was post-Spring break so not extremely busy; no issues with parking, elevator wait times, hot tub availability, etc. The location was great, the beach was clean and Ike’s Beach Service staff were wonderful. The only downside is that the condo was not clean when we arrived. Two of the three BRs had filthy sheets & pillow cases that needed to be washed before we could go to bed. The patio furniture was falling apart and needs to be replaced; so hard it is unbearable to sit on the balcony. The floors were filthy with food wrappers and crumbs everywhere. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and the kitchen had everything needed for our stay. We had one day of rain and used the board games that were available.

Very nice & clean condo for our family Spring Break trip with plenty of space for all. Beautiful beach views & amenities were great in the building as well. We had a couple of colder temp days & still had a great time in the indoor pool. Beach access was convenient & outdoor pool area was nice too. Orange Beach is great for families, quiet with just enough to do. Looking forward to visiting again!

Wonderful Getaway

We've staying in Gulf Shores and Destin, but this year we needed a little more room and found this great place. Our kids have already asked to make this our new spot to go every year. It's so convenient, easy, and has everything you need right there. The unit was clean, well furnished, and beautiful. The pools were great, the beach was beautiful, and the view is fantastic. We will be coming back next year!
