Disappointed in Property

We booked within 10 days of travel based on the features that were advertised and they were greatly misleading (10 of the 40 pictures marketing the property were not available to guests - outdoor pool, tennis courts, and exercise facility). The room was great and as advertised, however we booked oceanfront at a low level and had construction noise (again not disclosed) which impacted our ability to enjoy the outdoor deck. To add to the disappointment, our concerns were not corrected - at a minimum we requested all non-cleaning fees to be refunded since we didn't receive full access to the services and facilities. We received an apology, but no refund. We feel that we paid for something that wasn't delivered as advertised and wouldn't want to his to happen to another family.

Needs cleaning

I was disappointed with cleanliness of property. Doors and windows were dirty and not many amenities. Carpets in building was filthy. Condo was nice but bed in one room was lopsided.
