The maintenance staff came in an shut the water off, I could not shower or use the restroom for almost 5 hours had a meeting to attend and couldn't get dressed. The condo was nice and i do understand this was beyond their control, but it was frustrating that there was no other option but to wait on a plumber. Definitely put a damper on my vacation.

Traveled with family. Like to get in car and drive to different places and just stop at places that look interesting and fun. Weather was sunny but windy making it cool. Walking distance to shops and restaurants but no sidewalks and had to walk on the street.

Great vacay…just ok condo

Although we did have a great vacation and the condo was clean and fully stocked….upon arrival the toilet seat was broken, no blankets for pull out sofa and the dryer was broken and would not dry our clothes and we were stuck hanging our clothes all about the condo to keep them from souring. The owner did communicate very well and sent someone the next day to fix the toilet seat and bring a blanket but it took two days to get the dryer fixed which is one of the main reasons you choose a condo. Wet towel’s and bathing suits are no fun! Also, we arrived back at the condo after a beach day to find one of the maintenance workers in our refrigerator helping himself to a water without permission. I would not stay here again due to having so many interruptions and the fact that the Phoenix II is an older building with a very small pool and the type of people that stayed there were a little rough. Still a good trip but not the best.

Room was as expected but seemed as if it wasn’t cleaned before we got there bathroom looked un cleaned and the kitchen area and fridge were dirty ! Washer and dryer had slimy detergents stuck on it

Beach and Softball

The location was great and the condo was clean. The only things that we found inconvenient was the dishwasher’s handle was broken off, there was no balcony door on the master bedroom ((it is a Phoenix 2 thing)), and because it is a corner unit the cabinet drawers required the dishwasher to be open to open them. None of these affected our stay and honestly after staying on the 14th floor we always want to stay that high. The views were incredible and every morning and night were spent enjoying them.
