Enjoyed our trip

I love the covered parking at Phoenix X. It just makes it more convenient to be out of any type of weather while coming and going. All Phoenix condos have been great places to stay.

Wonderful place to stay

The location was perfect. The only issue was that this was a party spot. We vacationed with young kids, and people were playing music off their balconies that were extremely explicit. (I’m sure my kids listen to the same music so I’m not being a Karen) But, as far as other families with small children, I’m sure they were pretty upset about that.

Nice place, but inside pool closed when it was raining.

The room wasn't ready by 4:00pm.the girl cleaning the room was almost through and invited my sister inside. I believe Logan was the lady I spoke to from Brett Robinson. She was very rude to me threatening to have me kicked out of the resort for going in before the room was ready. Very, very hateful.

Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the condo was very warm and inviting. We had plenty of room to relax, cook and enjoy the scenery from the balcony. I would definitely stay there again and plan to recommend it to others.
