This spacious corner condo offer plenty of room inside and outside - on the large wraparound balcony - to stretch out and really relax. Phoenix on the Bay II, Unit #2513, in Orange Beach is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom corner condo on the fifth floor. The condo sleeps up to eight guests.

· Tiled living area has a sofa sleeper, two leather armchairs, balcony access and a flatscreen television.

· Fully equipped kitchen has white appliances, white cabinetry, cream-colored countertops and a large four-chair breakfast bar. A matching wet bar has an icemaker.

· Dining area features a table and four chairs.

· Master bedroom is carpeted and features a King-size bed, an armchair, balcony access and a flatscreen TV. The ensuite master bath has a double-sink corner vanity, a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower.

· Second bedroom is carpeted, featuring a King-size bed, balcony access, a flatscreen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination.

· Third bedroom is carpeted, featuring a Queen-size bed, balcony access, a flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

· A full-size washer and dryer are tucked away in a hallway closet, offering all the conveniences of home.

· Large, tiled balcony overlooks Terry Cove and its small islands as well as Perdido Pass. There is a table with seating for four and a cafe-style, counter-height table and two chairs ready for some coastal relaxation.

Phoenix on the Bay II features a lazy river, an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, an outdoor kiddie pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, outdoor tennis courts, a sauna, and a grilling area. There are boat slips for rentals and the nearest boat launch is on Marina Road on Terry Cove, across from the Phoenix on the Bay II Marina.

The condo is located on Canal Road, approximately 2 miles east of County Road 161.

Beautiful stay with many issues

The condo was clean and had a beautiful view. Each bedroom was roomy, and with a large group, it's nice that each room had its own bath, as well as the hall half bath. We particularly appreciated the ample dining space and large kitchen. We were impressed that, for being informed that it would be a near-full weekend, there were plenty of parking spaces left at all hours of the day. That being said, there were several minor issues. Several light bulbs were out; we could never get the fixture over the dining room table to turn on. No matter how cold we kept the common areas, the bedrooms stayed very warm at all hours. We were told that the room included parking passes, then later informed that we would have to purchase them all. Then, someone told us that we would need to check in Phoenix on the Bay I, when in fact we just needed to go to the desk at Phoenix on the Bay II. The wi-fi was completely unprotected, even though we could see a protected signal labeled by our room number. Our checkout time was labeled at 10 in the morning; when one of our party went to pack their car at 9:30, they returned to find our room code had already stopped working at some point.

Perfect vacation ...except for two issuees!

The 3 bedroom, 4 bath unit was perfect so that each of our three families had privacy. The LR was large enough for family gatherings and the kitchen had everything we needed. We only had two issues - One of our issues was parking passes. We were told 2 parking passes came with our reservations but when we checked in, the parking passes were an additional, extremely high fee! The second issue was the man at the front desk who checked us in was very rude and argumentative. After saving all year for a family vacation, these two issues really started our vacation off on a sour note. Despite these issues, our families plan on staying in this unit again!

Family vacation

Condo was very spacious. We had 3 adults and 3 kids staying. 12 year old, 5 year old, and 10 month old. Our kids loved the pool area. The middle bedroom had some trash left in it, felt like the balcony furniture could have been a little better, the blinds were very hard to open probably just needs updating, the balcony door was VERY hard to open, and there were multiple bulbs out in the living/dining room area. But overall it was a great stay with also positives. Loved the puzzles in cabinet, living room furniture was very comfortable, and kitchen had everything needed. Also, loved the ice machine. Overall a great condo with minor improvements in my opinion.
