"Well, it was horrible, and I will never go again. You got kids screaming through the hallways at night while I'm trying to sleep. Parking was horrible for a handicap veteran. there was only 4 handicapped spaces. I had to park at the furthest spot of the parking lot. Half your gym equipment is broken and needs to be replaced."

"I had an accessible room which was the best I had had anywhere. It was large and had plenty of space to maneuver around with my rollator even to the toilet ! It had a low tub with bars on the wall and a seat. The only thing missing, and I pointed it out, was a bar to hold onto to step into the tub. With this bar in place I will always go back to my favorite room at the Courtyard for Marriott in Hadley to enjoy the Amherst Symphony Orchestra performances."
