「For this big and mostly fully occupied hotel, the laundry facility needs more machines. There’re only 2 washers and 3 dryers. We tried 5 times to finally got an empty machine to use. Other than that, everything is perfect especially for family Disney goers to stay here.
Friendly atmosphere with the pool, jacuzzi, basketball and mini golf putting.」

「This hotel charged $22/ day for parking even for Hilton Honor guests. Our plans changed and so we needed to leave a day earlier but this hotel must be desperate as they would not credit us back, they claimed it was because the reservation was made thru Expedia. I bought the Expedia insurance as I have with hotels just in case plans change.
I have over the years chosen Hilton properties. I will consider other options.」
