「房间卫生有待更好的改进.」

「Clean」

「Staff was amazing」

「I understand that replacing mattresses is part of the process, but offering a room with a box spring and dirty sheets piled on a chair is unacceptable. When I brought this to the front desk's attention, instead of offering to send someone up to assist, I was told, "Just tell one of the workers to get the box out." On top of that, when I went back upstairs, my room key no longer worked. I had to return to the front desk, wait for them to fix the key, and go back to the room to remove the box...

「The WiFi is not so good. However the staffs are nice and the breakfast is good.」

「Clean and quiet rooms. Good location for the freeways, not too much traffic overall for the area.」

「Roach infestation」

「The hotel is clean and comfortable with a convenient location, but rooms facing the main road can be noisy. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were very good, and the front desk staff were friendly. However, the housekeeping knocked on my door three times within two hours in the morning, which was a bit disturbing. Unfortunately, there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available in the room — it would be great if the hotel could provide one.」
