Celebration trip

Great location! Lots of accessibilities to restaurants and shopping. Everyone loved how close and easy it was to the Disney's parks. Having lived in Southern California 30 years ago, I would recommend staying in Orange.

Great place to stay!

We planned a Disney vacation & this home was perfect for our family! Plenty of room, very clean and well taken care of in a great neighborhood that was walking distance to Disney! Having a hot tub to come home & soak your tired feet was just a bonus! Owner was very helpful & responsive!

A Return to Villa Park

Wonderful location near where my wife grew up in Villa Park. Easy access to Highway 55 and many amenities. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi along with being able to get easy access to Disney and the beach.

"Spacious Family Retreat in a Prime Location"

Great Out of town retreat

We had some team members from out of town come and stay. The house was great for gathering before meetings, connecting with co-workers. The many rooms and private bathrooms allowed for everyone to have a great experience away from their local offices

Safe Neighborhood! Great Location! Loved the Pool!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We came for a baseball tournament that was held in Irvine. The house is spacious and fit our big group perfectly! We loved the game room! The weather was cooler than normal but the pool and spa saved us! The location is great! Close to many beaches and so many restaurants an shopping within 10 min. It was tricky at first to get use to the safety alarms on the doors but by the end of the trip we were pros. We also had a visitor (an opossum) come by a few times. Overall, our stay was great!! We would defiantly stay here again!

Great Property

The house was very spacious and clean. It had plenty of beds and enough room to never feel crowded. The backyard is a beautiful space with the pool and hot tub. The garage having a ping pong table and pool table was a great added source of recreation.

Family vacation

The house had a lot of room for all 14 of me and my family. Very clean. The family enjoyed the game room with the poool table and ping pong table. Though it was very cold outside, my family still enjoyed the swimming pool. Would definitely rent this house again.

Very nice home and pool

Loved all the master bedrooms in this home, plenty of room for our family. The pool was great, the kids loved it… they did freak out about all the spider webs on all the outdoor furniture, but grandpa cleaned them off for us. Also most of the house was clean except for the floors in the house were very dirty, you couldn’t wear your socks or bare feet around the house or they would get black from the dirt, cleaners need to mop all the floors! Very close to Disneyland and the beach, our family had a great time!

Great house!

We loved our stay at this house! It was perfect for our family (me, my husband, three adult children and spouses and one infant grandson). The house has plenty of space and seating for everyone, a well supplied kitchen, and of course the pool and hot tub. Management came by a couple times (not requested by us) and fixed one of the tv’s and then replaced the grill with a brand new one. It’s clear that they try hard to keep things up and in good working order We didn’t have any issues at all. They also were great at communicating (they gave us 24 hour notice that they would be stopping by to fix something) and responded pretty quickly to a couple of questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again!

House was very large and fit our groups needs.we enjoyed our stay very much with everyone having there own bathrooms and kids sharing. Pool area and backyard were beautiful. Several issues should be addressed 1 sliding door to pool is EXTREMELY difficult to open 2 floors left your feet black 3 lights in master bedroom/bathroom 1. were crazy not staying on motion sensor didn't function correctly 4 Dining room chairs need to be padded or replaced. Very uncomfortable. 5 water pressure in some bathrooms were weak

Wonderful setting

The property was as listed. The rooms were comfortable. The kids had fun playing pool and ping pong. Everything was as advertised. The only draw back was outside was off limits after 10. There were older adults that would have liked the use of the hot tub after the kids went to bed. There were two of us in our 70’s and three in their 50’s. That was the only complaint we have. And we knew before we got there that this was the policy. Just would have loved the opportunity to have adult time without the kids.

Nice Family Vacation Home

This home was nice to stay in for families going to Disneyland . Although some of the furniture/appliances was a little older and bathrooms had hard water stains around handles, etc. that is to be expected for any older home but regardless the home is beautiful and well maintained and most importantly clean. The beds were comfortable to stay in and the space was perfect for my family. We also enjoyed the pool and spending time together in the backyard. I would say some of the check in process was a little concerning at first with having to show proof of my payment taken out by showing both my card and account in which the payment was taken out of which I am not used too but I do understand why this is needed in this day and age. Also the rules do feel very strict so we found ourselves constantly worried about making sure we followed each rule especially with not going out at night even if we needed to go to the car to grab something and were extra cautious and used our own towels and pool towels to avoid any concerns there. If going to Disney, I would stay again with my family as the pros outweighed the very little items I would look at optimizing.

Our extended family of 13 stayed here for 9 days. There was plenty of room for each couple (3) to have their own king bedroom and en-suite as well as an additional full bathroom for the others to use when an en-suite wasn’t available/the older adults were asleep. The pool was perfect for us, with the hot tub above so we could sit and easily view the kids below if we didn’t want to swim at the moment. The temps were great, so nice to not have to worry about contacting someone when we needed it heated (so many other rentals have that as a requirement…although communication with this property was so easy it probably wouldn’t have been a big deal!) the game room/garage was a nice option for fun as well. Plenty of room for both ping pong players and shooting pool. We didn’t use any of the provided strollers but there were a number of nice looking options. Maintenance actually contacted us before we needed them, that’s how good the communication is! Very few issues, all resolved quickly…these are managers who care about their property. Pool guy was at least twice during our stay, hardly noticeable, just happened to be times I was looking out back, in turn, the pool was very clean. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Peaceful, modern decor. Well stocked kitchen. Yes, the city ordinance about quiet hours is annoying, especially after a long day at Disneyland to not be able to soak in hot tub, but it’s understandable. All in, a wonderful stay!

Nice House but a little far from Disney

We loved the 3 masters with this house. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 4 kids. When booking the house, I thought it was much closer to the parks than it turned out to be- it was a 20 minute drive to the park, on multiple freeways. Alternatively, you can drive straight on a main road, but with dozens of stoplights. All the posted signs and reminders of fees for damage/misuse inside the house were over the top, and the paranoia of being in the backyard and violating the quiet laws did not make it feel like a place we could relax- we were constantly shushing the kids while playing in the pool in the middle of the day. I would say the problem is more with Anaheim and not this house specifically.
