  • The Premium Two-bedroom condo is modern furnished, ideally for either parents with two kids or two adult couples, whereby the parents and kids or each couple will have private bedrooms. This condo has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk in closet and a full modern bathroom; a second bedroom with two attachable Full beds, built-in closets and another full modern bathroom; a living room with a comfortable full leather sofa set, a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-seat dining bar-table, a laundry (washer-dryer)/storage/facility corridor, whereas there are two full bathrooms. There is a regular balcony stretching across the living room and the master bedroom also with a spectacular ocean view. Additionally a (normal bed height) roll-away bed with pillows/linen is available free of charge and can be comfortably used in this premium condo. This unit provides you with 1,500 sq.ft. of living space. A code-lock safety box, cable TV, three high-definition flatscreen TV’s (in living room and each bedroom), a DVD player, free broadband wired and wireless internet, and an iPod compatible stereo set (bring your iPod if you have one!) is available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Palm building on the fourth floor.The facilities include three large swimming pools, a kiddy pool, a gym, a sauna, a business center, two tennis courts and a playroom. Relaxing Getaway

We had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and comfortable. We were greeted upon arrival and given a quick overview of the property. The unit was within walking distance to great restaurants. The beach and pool were not crowded. The location is safe and convenient. Will definitely rent here again.

Great choice!

We loved almost everything about our stay, except the beds (not the most comfortable mattresses). The beach was right across the street, we felt safe on the property and when exploring the island, and we found great restaurants close by. I’m so happy with the decision to stay at Oceania Residences!

Escape to Warm Weather

Property is exactly as pictured and suited us perfectly. Communicated minor issue (no coffee maker) with local property management, who addressed it immediately. Great view and location on less crowded Eagle Beach. Condo complex has multiple pools and tennis courts. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great view

Check-in process was excellent. Danielle was helpful in giving us tips on local questions we had on what to do and where to go. Condo was clean. As others have said, it is nice in person than the pictures. it is very spacious. View is gorgeous. We enjoyed the 3 pools on the premises and many excellent, walkable restaurants. Would stay here again.

Great views, comfortable condo

This was a return trip for me, a first for my family members. We loved the accommodations, amenities, and location. The grounds are beautifully maintained. There was painting going on all week. Necessary to keep the place up, and of course it was a slower season, but it made sitting on the balcony during the day unpleasant. But the pool and beach were readily available.

Sensational Aruba

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this property. The host was very responsive to my messages & our check in with Franklin was great. There were a couple of things I pointed out to Anna, prior to our departure, that needed to be addressed (very minor) & she assured me that they would be looked after. Nice to know that we can have a grocery delivery before our arrival, which they will look after. The property is very well looked after & all the staff are very friendly. The view from the balcony is first rate, as was the pool & the walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. Loved it so much, we’ve rented it again for next year.

Great location and view

We loved staying at Eagle Beach for this stay. We enjoyed the beautiful pools and the walking distance to the beach and the nearby restaurants. The view was incredible so we enjoyed sitting on the deck. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Being provided a parking spot for our rental car was also very convenient as we enjoyed taking daily excursions (unit’s beach chairs/cooler came in handy). Having more adequate lighting in the second bedroom and more updated appliances would have made our stay in this spacious condo even better. I recommend this unit for your stay in Eagle Beach.

A great 1st trip to Aruba

Everything was great. Beautiful place, good location, very clean and safe, 3 pools, awesome host. One very small item-we could not lower the AC below 71 degrees. For those who prefer sleeping in a meat locker, like me, this would be noticeable. For others, maybe not a big deal.

One Beautiful Island

This was our 5th visit to Aruba and our first time staying at Oceania. We absolutely loved the complex. It is in a great location! Easy walk to many restaurants. Our place was so nice! Only issue was the musty smell in our unit. I don’t remember other places we have stayed smelling so musty. Other than that the place had everything we needed! Beach towels , beach chairs and a cooler too. So nice being right across from Eagle Beach which is the prettiest beach on the island!

One happy family

Aruba did not disappoint! Condo was in the best spot! Anna was kind enough to check us in a little early! Beach access was fantastic. Decent restaurants close by. Highly recommend Pizza Bob’s Amenities were perfect. Security guards very helpful and always friendly While we did not come for the inside furnishings it would be nice to have more comfortable chairs in the living room for those not sitting on the couch Maybe a guest book for renters to sign and share travel tips. Would highly recommend this spot and would come back in a heart beat!

Nice unit and property but needs a thorough clean

We love Aruba and Eagle beach. This Unit has plenty of space and everything inside you will need. The property is very nice and the location to the beach can’t be beat. Our only complaint is the cleanliness of the unit. It was obvious that high touch and other areas were not cleaned properly. It appeared a surface clean was done so I just did what was needed for our needs. With a deeper clean this property could be truly wonderful. The property management was wonderful so I think if a deeper is requested they may accommodate.

Even better than the listing!!

First-off, the location rocked. It's quiet over here, but there are plenty of restaurants to keep you busy. The taxi ride to Palm beach for dinner was only $9. The condo was absolutely lovely. The neighbors were really nice - saying good morning to us while having our morning coffee on the terrace. You cannot beat the view! It's AMAZING anytime of day. The balcony spans one bedroom and the living room so room for all four of us. Laundry in the unit was really helpful. Shower was hot and had AMAZING pressure. You can drink from the sink making things much easier. Please update the listing's photo because the fitness center has been souped up with lots of equipment and is very modern. Really impressed and one of us used it everyday. The unit had noodles, and water rafts and a cooler which was really helpful. Ana - our check in assistant was so awesome and friendly and kind and helpful. Her energy set the tone for our Aruba adventure. It was truly a perfect stay and we would 100% stay here again! Thank you!

Great week in paradise

We stayed at the Oceania Residences-Palm Building in August 2023. We had a wonderful time. The condo is in a great location on Eagle Beach, which is short walk outside the gated resort complex. The water was calm, clear, and shallow so it was perfect for relaxing. I suggest renting a car so you can freely explore the island. I highly suggest you get away from the expensive tourist restaurants and look for the local spots for great food. The Old Cunucu House and Pika's Corner are great! The grocery store and plenty of restaurants are within a few mins of the condo. Our family of 4 was comfortable with all the basics such as beach towels, chairs, WiFi and the basics in the kitchen. I suggest you bring your own water bottle to refill and stay cool. Ricardo was very responsive and helped us extend our reservation when we missed our flight to Aruba. Con: There's a large resort being constructed next door. We didn't notice much noise from it but it's worth mentioning in case someone is sensitive. We could hear some banging around one pool area, but we weren't bothered.

The property management was super nice and the location was great and the overall property, pools etc were great. However the condo we stayed 415 smelled sooo musty it made my asthma flare and it was bad. The condo has major wear not shown in pictures. I did complain to the owner about the smell and they moved us the next day to a different unit which did not smell but had black mold in the bathroom. They said that it is a tropical climate and humidity is a problem but this was our 3rd trip to Aruba and never had a problem before. The washer and dryer were so rusty on the inside I didn’t want to put anything in them. And the bathroom vanity was falling apart. I would skip the palm building and try your chances at one of the other blgs. But we appreciate that They were very nice to us.

This place was super clean. The host was phenomenal. The beach view was amazing the sunsets every night were spectacular. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The bathrooms were clean and big. The bedrooms were huge the beds were big and comfortable. This was an amazing place to stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you Aruba for a wonderful visit.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed for an amazing week in Aruba. Pool and beach are just a few steps out the door. Host includes beach chairs, cooler. A few very good restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car to explore the rest of the island, but we would’ve been fine without one. Pool was quiet, never had issues finding a chair at any time of day. Host was easy to reach and quick to respond. Will definitely book here again!
