Communication was amazing with the team. Outdated however very convenient with location, privacy, cleanliness, and rodents/insects/bugs free...the bed is uncomfortable ask for extra pillows....fridge, stove, shower etc. works well...cleaner/housekeeper nice and efficient...if wasn't for the bed...definitely would stay again...pool was cleaned during stay, but still got dirty due to wind blowing things in there and pump not on...

Excelente estadia no Aruba Tropic Apartments. O atendimento foi impecável: o funcionário foi extremamente atencioso desde a chegada. O apartamento é confortável, bem localizado e com tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Conseguimos alugar um carro com valor acessível, o que facilitou muito a locomoção pela ilha. Ótima experiência, recomendo!

The property was somewhat remote. The manager was not available when I arrived. Then he told another guest to let me in my room which turned out wrong one. A car is needed there. Nice pool area. Kitchen minimally supplied. No ice tray, bare minimum other stuff. However, when I checked out, the manager drove me to my next destination on Aruba

All in all, the kitchen had the basic equipment, although kitchen towels and a sponge were missing.
The bedroom lamp was not working, but it was replaced immediately, which was appreciated. The TV remote was also not working; this was reported, but no feedback was received. Iron and blower were missiing.
The outdoor studio lights were switched on in the morning and off in the evening, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the toilet float kept running after flushing, and the internet connection was weak.
AC kept the room cool!

This hotel is in a residential area that at first seems a bit rundown, but certainly is safe. The shared areas of the property are lovely, however, the rooms are more like a two star experience. The room was surface clean, but it could have been cleaner. Parking felt safe and easy. Check-in can be tricky. If you do not check Expedia for your gate entry code before you arrive. There is no staff immediately on the premises but if you message them on WhatsApp, they will get back to you fairly promptly. There is a language barrier, however so just be aware you may not get exactly what you asked for.

My adult daughter and I stayed in their smallest apartment. It was fine for us. I wish there was a full size fridge because we shopped for breakfasts and lunches for the week, as well as our daily drinks for the beach. We made friends with the others staying at the apartments and everyone was very nice. We would be more than happy to stay here again.

Was quiet and safe and nearby the places I needed to work. Wifi was a bit spotty. The place is well taken care of. I like ice cube trays which I bought and left for future users. Would be nice if that was a standard part of the kitchen inventory. Price was very reasonable. I had a rental car which makes the location not critical. I would certainly return to this property for future visits.

It was nice the guy didn’t speak English hard for communication when you need towels or tissue and no face towels and you definitely need a rental it’s about 10 12 minutes from the strip it was really quiet and relaxing overall
