Not for long term stay
Our stay was for the month of May 2023. For a short terms stay this unit would probably be fine but for my next a long term stay in Aruba I would not choose this unit/property.
On the Pro side, it was a great location. A short walk to Eagle beach. Another pro was the price. This was definitely a good price but in the end I found you get what you pay for.
On the Con side, this property does not offer cable TV. All TV’s were smart TV’s that had Netflix but the wi-fi really only worked in the living room so not much TV in the bedrooms. The description never said cable TV I just assumed so that’s on me, but we did miss it.
Also as mentioned above the wi-fi in this unit was not good. It worked in the living room, barely in the back bedroom and only slightly better in the first bedroom.
The condo itself needs some different furniture. Only two love seats and no sofa which means no stretching out to relax and really, they weren’t that comfortable. For cooking, the pans seriously need to be replaced and note there is no stove in the unit if you wanted to make something frozen. The condo could also use a bucket & mop for cleaning the floors which we found got very dirty since it’s all tile flooring.
Finally, the beach chairs also need to be replaced. None had working pockets since all the zippers were corroded and the seams on a few looked like they might give out at any moment.
For our next long term stay in Aruba, I will spend a little more & get a better unit.
