Not at all what they advertise

This was our 4th year coming to Aruba. Our experience in this place was terrible. First we had an abundance of nats. They were everywhere. Then jacuzzi didn't work for the first 2 days. They advertise washer and dryer. They just had a washer, but first tried to convince us the dryer was at the house. They stated they dropped towels and placed them on the dryer. Then finally admitting the dryer had been taken out a few weeks ago. Then one of the bedrooms had water leaks. Then they only have 1 key set and remote for gate. So if maintenance needs to come you have to leave the key in drop box. If someone leaves with the key you can't get out. It was terrible. NEVEREVER again.
