Perfect location & views

We loved the place. The views were amazing, ocean views from every room! the levent is in a perfect location, eagle beach right across the street. Victor was very accommodating as was the levent staff. Would definitely stay again.

Aruba vacation

Spent 8 days/7 nights at Levent condominiums. It was a great location, directly across from Eagle Beach. Condo was perfect for my family of 4, with plenty of room for a few more. I definitely recommend renting a car to get around the island. Would definitely stay there again!

Family vacation

Victor was a great host and his property was lovely. The location was the closest condo to the beach with a large balcony that had ocean views. The facility was conveniently located and clean. I would suggest getting wine glasses and a couple of serving plates. We used the grill by the pool with extended family and enjoyed our stay in Aruba! Hope to be back.

Beautiful Vacation

Place was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The only thing missing was coffee mugs but otherwise it had everything we needed. Soap, dish detergent, shampoo, toilet paper, a roll of paper towel, beach towels and chairs were supplied. Food store very close by. Condo was located on Eagle Beach, a very short walk away. I recommend renting a car so you can drive to all the beautiful beaches.

Great location and beautiful suite

The property was great. Super comfy beds and spacious. Location was ideal as well, with only a 3 min walk to the beach. The bedroom icons indicate two beds/crib in one room, but there’s only one bedroom per room. A minor oversight, but just an fyi. There was also some issues with the cleanliness of the dishes. I would recommend having a couple more items, such as cooking oil, dish towel and more paper towels, again. Biggest upset with this company was the additional charges added without notification/consent, including a TOURISM_TAX 329.13Environmental tax 20.00 (didn’t I already pay this with the ED card?) and Credit card commission 65.82. This is on top of service and cleaning fee.

Highly Recommend

We had a wonderful time with a family of 4 staying in this unit. Our friends rented the unit next to us also. The place was gorgeous, clean, and easy to navigate. Beautiful Eagle beach was a few minute walk away. We were new to Aruba. There are great restaurants within walking distance however if you want more variety or to go to the main tourist shopping place, you will want to take car, cab, or walk 50 minutes. Many cab companies are cash only so it adds up quickly. It was about $12 US dollars each way.

Great Property just steps away from Eagle Beach

Great property and Condo just steps away from Eagle Beach. The unit looks exactly like the pictures. It was very comfortable for 6 adults. Very close to a market for getting food. Don’t overpack as storage space for clothing is limited. There are beach chairs and towels as well as a cooler for your food and drinks that you can take to the beach. Facility is gated with security around the clock. The outdoor pool and hot tub are great. It has a very nice gym with dumbbells up to 50 pounds, a weight machine and 3 types of cardio equipment. We will be back!!

Stay at LeVent 27G

We had a very nice time. The outside is pristine in the pool is great short walk to the beach. Very nice beach.Definitely plenty of forks and dishes and things to cook with, although we only cooked during the day and went out to fabulous dinners at night. I would say a couple of issues on cleanliness. The bathrooms were mediocre clean. I felt as though I needed to go over them all with Lysol wipes that I had brought, which I did. If I had to say anything about the decor I would actually say to get rid of those shag rugs, which carry a lot of germs in them. Additionally, if you have six guests, you should have at least six beach towels. The bed in the master room is extremely high. I literally had to use the stepstool to get on it every single night thankfully once in I was very comfortable. As my daughter who stayed with us is an owner of a VRBO property in Rhode Island she always has a welcome letter to point things out and a letter that states everything that has to be done before they leave That would have been very helpful

The property was well taken care of and at a very nice location. It needs to be mentioned that there was tv and hot water issues. Both bathrooms had the hot water shut off under the sinks which was remedied easily. The shower in the master bathroom struggled to get warm water. ( May be an issue with the faucet). Someone came in to address this an indicated the faucet works reverse to what most are used to. Turning the faucet to full was cold not hot. So we tried it that way but never got hot water. There also needs to be instructions about amenities such as appliance operation, such as emptying the water tank on the dryer (it was completely full and took us a couple of days to figure out why the clothes did not dry). Also location of the trash room. We had a fantastic time there with only a few minor speed bumps and will consider it again. Aruba is a lovely place, very warm and welcoming. So I guess if I had to pass on any info it would be just to let your guests know the common things they would be looking for. It could be laminated sheet of paper stuck to the fridge with a magnet. Victor was always pleasant on our emails back and forth and set us up with what we required fully. I also got the chance to meet him which was also nice and pleasant. So thumbs up to a great family vacation. Thanks Victor.

Facility Great/Host Communication Not So Great

Let me start by saying that LeVent is a very nice condo complex with beautiful pool and grounds. Condo itself was very nice, as well as, nearby Eagle beach. Close to good restaurants. Where this rental fell short was in description of amenities and lack of response from host when issues arose. No cable or direct tv (only tv apps which we needed tv tech to install), missing and broken beach chairs, insufficient bath towels, safe with key that did not work, dryer that would stop after each cycle because water tank full, ice maker that stopped making ice because filter needed replacement. Some of my issues could have been self rectified if there was a welcome book with how to work some of the amenities or just general information such as where to put trash, hours of pool/hot tub, etc. There is no welcome book. Host either responded late or not at all. Only one chair replaced so was forced to daily rent 2 chairs on the beach since we were a party of 6 adults. No one came to fix safe so was forced to carry cash/cards/passports with us at all times. I paid for a midweek cleaning that never happened. Note: Host did refund me after check out and did get more towels. We saw no grills or outdoor fire pit? Prestige has an office in the facility, but because we did not rent thru them, they would not deal with us. Although im very disappointed in host's lack of response to our issues,I continue yo be a 5 stat renter by keeping place clean, strip as, proximity to braches

I researched thru VRNO and others for nicest view. CLOSE TO BEACH! It was priced right for a 3 bedroom. I do advise a car rental to enjoy the island. It mentioned possible noise potential. If the condos were full it could factor in being just over playground.

LeVent to Relax.

Our 5th year staying at LeVent Condos. Great property and location. Did have a few issues with TV reception in living and master bedroom and vanity drawers falling out and sink and shower drain’s were draining very slow and backing up. They were resolved but it took 3 days after first email to the host Victor. The unit is clean, well equipment and perfect for couples or families. Because the host is remote and we didn’t have a contact person on site, a booklet for the unit would be very helpful for renters with instructions on appliances, TV operators. This would be a benefit to the host and renters that would save a lot of back and forth between parties. I would rent this unit again and hope that my review helps the host and future renters. John

Nice place near Eagle Beach

We enjoyed our stay and felt very safe at Levent. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Condo is clean and beds very comfy. Pool area is very nice. The only suggestion for improvement would be to leave a few written instructions for guests to avoid back and forth messaging for basic info. needed.

Beautiful unit and location

Had an awesome 2 week stay in Victor's condo. Communications were great, check in/out was easy, the unit was well equipped for cooking and wifi good for working. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, view was beautiful, hope to return. Victor was a great host.

Excellent. A few suggestions

Could use a booklet on how to use washer dryer as it was all in Spanish The AC was great. The patio door is difficult to open from the outside. A handle like to inside would probably work The beds are comfortable but squeak when move even a bit The Beach chairs and towels were great A couple more staking chairs for the balcony would be nice as we sat out there a lot The staff was efficient and friendly The ice maker never seemed to fill up but the outside ice machine was great The beach umbrella was broken Our host Victor was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable The sheets are close to needing to be replaced

Loved Our Stay At Levent

The condo was exactly as advertised. The view was wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need. Had one issue with ice maker but there was an ice machine on site. The pools are great with perfect water temperature. Victor was wonderful to work with. I would not hesitate to book this condo again in the future.
