Unique house in Aruban style incl. swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and outdoor toilet / shower for 6 (to 8) people located in the beautiful, luxurious and quiet Monte Verde Residence neighborhood! Relax on this beautiful island and visit Oranjestad, the beaches and unspoilt nature from one central location (all accessible between 5 and 10 minutes!).

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (incl. hot water) and an open kitchen/living room and has all necessary amenities:
- air conditioning in all bedrooms
- refrigerator/stove, microwave, kettle in kitchen
- washer/dryer in separate laundry room
- flat screen TV including Chromecast and IP TV (digital TV) in the living room and large bedroom
- entire house with fiber optic internet including good WiFi reception in and around the house
- covered terrace at home
- swimming pool
- outdoor kitchen with sink and table including benches: fully equipped with crockery, BBQ and mini-fridge
- outside toilet & shower
- relax seating area outside (next to toilet & shower area)

Towels, bed linen and beach equipment are provided at the property. You also have access to a washer/dryer.

The house also has a covered terrace including furniture, a fully finished garden around the house with a large swimming pool at the rear! You can park your (rental) car directly next to the house.

Upon arrival you will be warmly welcomed by our friendly, hospitable and caring Aruban host and Mrs. André & Karina, who will show you around the house and the island to ensure you have an unforgettable stay!

GEM IN THE HEART OF ARUBA

Great space. Comfortable. Very safe neighborhood. Nice centered access point to anywhere on the island. No matter where you stay a rental car is a must for the island to truly enjoy the vibe. Very nice to have a pool and kitchen to chill after a long day. Beds are high quality. This will be our Aruba Go To for next year. Tommy

Beautiful, clean home in a nice neighbourhood with great outdoor living space. Well equipped to BBQ outside or cook inside. Absolutely well thought out and well stocked with treats! From the moment I landed everything with the host was EXCEPTIONAL I got lost trying to make from the airport to the house and they came and found me and led me back to the house. Upon arriving at the house I mentioned it was my bday and I was greeted with birthday goodies which I loved because it lets me know they listened and went out their way to make me feel special. The house was very clean comfortable and as pictured on the websites location was PERFECT having an enclosed gate made me feel very secure. I didn’t know how to work the stove I reached out to the host and she was Johnny on the spot she came right over and showed me how to work it Major plus going out her way to come by. House had all amenities you needed to cook sit by the pool whatever. Would definitely recommend this place if ever in Aruba everything from beginning to end was 10/10 and I’ll stay here for sure whenever in Aruba. Thank you for such a WONDERFUL bday stay

Our Favorite House on our Favorite Island!!

This was our 4th stay in Aruba in the past 5 years. This by FAR has been our favorite house. The listing is exactly as expected. The check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The hosts are super nice. The house was clean, very well supplied with pretty much anything we needed. We loved the pool, bar and cookout area!!

Great Stay!

Overall this place was great and would stay again! Owner and local hosts were fantastic and easy to communicate with any minor issues we had. Slight problem with hot water, but that is typical in Aruba. Also, if they add an AC unit to the living room - that would be ideal. Everything else was nice and the villa itself is in nice condition & safe neighborhood. Would recommend this place to others!

You'll love this property the mimute you settle in. Strategically situated for you and your family to be near all places in the island. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to be away in a calm area yet close to all the places to be in Aruba.

Quant and Relaxing

The property was very well kept and had everything we needed for our stay. The only complaint was that there was no water heater. Luckily we were at the beach all day and hot water was not necessary but would have been nice for our morning showers. The hosts were beyond sweet and accommodating and the whole rental process was top notch! We had a great time and if we are in the area again would rent it here again. This location is in the middle of everything not a far drive from all places desired! Loved the gate and large parking area as well. Thank you so much our first time to Aruba was very welcoming and fun!!!
