“Overall, we had a great experience! The spa was wonderful, the kayaks were a highlight, and the fire pit made for relaxing evenings. We didn’t use the e-bike, but it was a nice option to have available. A larger life jacket would’ve been helpful, but we made it work.Be sure to check out the beach access down the road — it’s unmarked and easy to miss, which meant we had it mostly to ourselves. “We had a great visit to Anacortes and the house worked very well for us, two elder adult friends. The views of the bay from the two rooms that overlook it are beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped and the owner/host, John, was available when we had questions and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend it unless you want to be walking distance to downtown Anacortes or want a place recently modernized. ”

“Fully equipped kitchen. Everything very clean nicely decorated with everything you could possibly need. Great views, lots of privacy and easy trips to Fairhaven and Bellingham and beyond. Chuckanut Drive can be busy and sometimes noisy but not a terrible distraction in this lovely home. And there are trains, but we thought they just added to the charm. Seafood was a must for us and we made sure to stop at Taylors for clams and oysters. Our dogs did fine, although we made sure they were on a……

“This was possibly one of the best places we ever stayed when booking with vrbo! It was very conveniently located. Walkable to shops, restaurants and bars. The house itself was so well stocked. All kinds of spices, coffee, trash bags, etc. lots of dishes, pots and pans too. The property manager Kristen was so responsive. The house was immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable.
