“The property and facilities are amazing (beautiful, confortable and clean). One of the most beautiful hotel I stayed in. However, I think the staff is not very experienced (or understaffed). I was at the patio by myseld during the afternoon and the waitress never came to me (but she did served other tables around) so I had to go to the bar to order my glass of wine. This is very disappointing. Also, there was a miscommunication between the day and night staff at the lobby so they tried to charge……
