Room Stinks of fousty, damp, mouldy furniture

Garden huge, in a lovely area, lovely communal pool, trampoline broken & has been for years by the looks of it, therefore the advertised description is misleading, the apartment smells of damp & is overpowering & unbearing, old sofa was filthy, & covered in mould, material on chair was flaking off all over the floor. Bathroom floors & doors & light switches were filthy, Sheets didn't look clean, luckily we were moved the next day and had a lovely holiday.
Rotten old chair should be thrown out
