「Our experience at this hotel, under Ron’s ownership, was a mess. Upon check-in, I specifically confirmed multiple times with the staff that my small dog was allowed. I was told the pet fee was included—no issues. Fast forward one day, suddenly I’m told dogs aren’t allowed, and I was slapped with a $300 cleaning fee. 「The front desk staff answered all my questions and were helpful. The room I stayed in was quiet and clean. It had a no frills vibe. I did like the hand soap they provided. My hands felt soft and clean after using it. Outside the hotel in front it looked like work was being done on other businesses. The outside had a sketchy vibe, but I didn’t experience any issues.」

「I am a fan of this hotel, because of how clea. It was, the friendliness of staff, and the comfortable room. I appreciated amenities like dove hand wash, body wash, lotion, and hair products. The bed was really comfortable. The room was spacious, and easy to relax in after traveling all day. They were helpful in finding me a dog friendly room also. I felt safe at this hotel and will return if I’m in the area.」

「When traveling with a pretty, this is the place to go. Completely animal friendly and accommodating. The rooms are set up with a full size refrigerator, two electric burners, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. You’d need to purchase disposable silverware and service ware. It’d be wise to come with your own cook ware too. But otherwise, it’s all set up.」

「The 1st thing you notice when entering to check in is that the place smelled like cigarette smoke. I guess they still allow smoking in the casino. Fortunately, I couldn't smell it in the room. The room had a mini-fridge that I used for leftovers, but there was no place to reheat them. I had to take them to the front desk to have them heat them up for me in the back. 「由於從台灣到此出差，有14小時時差，除了工作時間外，常在房間休息。 然而因為房間的隔音效果差，在房間休息時常受其他房間開關門聲影響，其他房客在走廊上嬉鬧顯的吵雜。 又房間內的WIFI訊號不是很穩定，使用通訊軟體打電話時常斷訊。 房間內的微波爐建議擺放簡易說明書。 櫃台服務很好，快速退房也很方便。 自機場抵達及離開時皆能快速安排車輛接駁很方便。」
