The AC unit on the top floor doesn’t properly work. We tried to lower the air however the temperature stayed between 75-78 the entire time of our stay. The property manager did bring us fans to help with the heat however we had to request the maintenance man to come out at least 3 times during our stay. The property manager did not want to provide a refund or provide us with any compensation. They later offered 10% off the rate per day. It still wasn’t an acceptable compensation for a broken air conditioner for the entire time of our stay. We had a disabled veteran and 2 elderly individuals with us and they fell ill due to the heat of the bed rooms. I would not recommend Windsor cay and/or this property. This was a huge inconvenience and we were uncomfortable the entire time.
