Great place to stay…mostly

House is big with lots of space for a big family get together. Few things that could have been improved: Master bedroom downstairs needs a new mattress No dishes compatible for little children No pot holders/ oven mitts Called 3xs to have pool heat turned on. Finally, told it was on but was 2 days later before someone came out to fix and actually turned on.

Management

Not good health concerns with the mold growth on the pool seating and was not addressed by anyone . We purchase some cleaning materials and cleaned all of the pool seating . Rusty pots and pans , we purchase a large cooking pan. One tv did not have a remote, waited three days before getting a remote for one kids room.
