Cheer Team Nationals Headquarters

The location, amenities, and overall house was phenomenal for our cheer team. Plenty of room for the girls and chaperones as well as bathrooms for everyone to get ready. Pool was just the right size to play and hot tub was amazing to relax after a long day of competing. The double fridges and dishwashers were great for our large group. If any issue came up the host team was quick to respond and quicker to get it taken care of for us. The girls are already wanting to come back next year!

The house is nice but needs to be updated. Broken chairs, cabinets falling apart, dirty ceiling fans, unpainted parts of the wall. It’s in a great location and was great for 14 women with 10 bathrooms.

The patio furniture is broken and 2 of the burners on the stove didn't work. Not the worst rental property I've stayed in but far from the best.

The property was perfect for our large group. We had 25 people staying there (7 married couples, 3 adult children, and 6 kids 9-16 and 2 infants) and we never felt like we were lacking for space to be together or space to be apart. They had everything you need to cook and eat together. The movie theatre / game room was a favorite (though a couple of the games did not work). A few items of note: 1. The pool table and Skee Ball room is at the top of the stairs and, as everything is hard wood in the house, it could be quite loud when people are trying to sleep). 2. The refrigerator closest to the dining room is missing the door shelves and the ice maker makes ice but it does not come out the door (we used it to fill coolers). 3. The Hot Tub does not get very hot. It's about the same temperature as the pool. All in all it was a great vacation place and we would not hesitate to come back.

A lot of things were good, but the bad outweighs that! Hot tub was draining the first day of our stay and nothing had heat which was paid for. Also, all the batteries in the remotes were dead! A few rooms didn’t have remotes and could not connect to the WiFi which was an issue for everyone the enter stay! Laundry door fell off the hinge and struck a family member on the leg which will be brought up in court immediately! It also hit the wall adjacent to it! There was a board under the sink that cut the toe of a kid because it was not attach when the mat moved (I believe the mat was holding that wood up) the net around the back patio/pool area had open screens and someone had to come out on CHRISTMAS EVE to fix it interrupting our vacation! People kept showing up unannounced and walking straight into the back which almost got bad for them as we are there to protect our young children’s! Guns did get drawn which was dangerous! There were roaches in the silverware cabinet which is a sign of unclean areas! The gate keepers told us to park in the white lines if we had a pass in our window, but didn’t let us know that the old white lines were not the correct spots! My car was towed at checkout which caused a lot of issues and money! I need that money returned! I have photos of EVERYTHING I’m speaking about and it will be addressed and taken as far as you know because our vacation was ruined! The resort was not included but pictured in your photos!
