Great vacation spot

We took our daughters (7 & 9) to Disney for their first time. We didn’t want a hotel room, but rather a place that felt more like home. This place was perfect, and felt like home away from home for a week. It was clean, comfortable, and was close to Disney and Universal. We used the pool at the resort multiple times, and our kids loved it. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great For Families

This place is perfect for families. There is plenty of room to move around in the apartment and the location is good. There is plenty to do at Legacy Dunes, when you're not exploring the Disney parks or the other things Orlando offers. The pool, the game room and the fitness room are great. There's also a turtle living there and lots of little lizards. The owners are extremely responsive and great to work with.

The condo was as listed. We discovered an electrical outlet not working in a bathroom. I reached out and they responded and fixed it the same day. There were also some small ants going across the tile floors, but some bug spray solved that issue. The beds were comfortable and the condo had plenty of space. We didn't get to use the pool due to cool temps during our stay, but it looked well kept.

The apartment is very clean, has everything you need to stay and to be comfortable, we rented 2 apartments from the owner one was for my family and the other was for my brother in law, we stayed for 11 nights and had a very good time, no complaints, everything was perfect, my family loved it alot, and my brother in law with his family loved it, owner is very good, very fast responding, the community is beautiful, easy to get to, everything is nearby, such as restaurants, shopping & food shopping, all of the park minutes away, just as listed, definitely looking forward to rent again, thank you very much we enjoyed our vacation.

Great location and quiet.

Great location. In a gated community. Heated pool in the club house area. Stayed 4 weeks.Only item we did not like was only had Roku t.v.All streaming, no cable. Need live t.v. and sports. We do not stream so we did not get that enough.

Comfortable stay. Internet is from the HOA and is super weak at times. The property is well situated and has the basic amenties needed for comfortable stay. However a suggestion. Basic ingredients in the kitchen comes in handy sometimes. ie - Salt, pepper , sugar pouches , tea bags.

Wonderful stay at 16-306 Legacy Dunes

This location and condo was a delight to stay at. The condo was clean, well appointed, and the perfect location. Having a child in the DCP program at Flamingo Crossing, this was so close by that it was perfect--only about 8 minutes away. The complex is gated and felt very safe. The 3rd floor condo was so quiet and had a lovely view. The owners thought of everything and had extra sheets, blankets, dishwasher cleanser, even a new sponge, soaps etc. There was a hairdryer and iron so it felt just like staying in a hotel--except you could cook and relax as if you were at home. The owners were very responsive and gave great instructions prior to check in and for the check out process as well. We truly had a magical Christmas thanks, in part, to our stay at this rental property. This may have just converted us to staying here versus Disney hotels in the future!!!

We stayed there March 29 thru April 1. My family enjoyed it for the most part, because it accommodated our needs and it was peaceful. Only problem was the master bedroom sheets had a urine smell, but due to extra sheets and a washer and dryer the problem was easily fixed. Thanks for allowing us to rent your beautiful home and hold again for us next spring break
