Feels like home.

Beautiful, clean, quiet, and safe property. I didn't get to enjoy many of the amenities simply because I was on a business trip, but there was so much available that I was wishing I had more time. I would highly recommend this property. I arrived very very late, so the keyless entry made settling in after a long flight that much more pleasant and convenient. There was no check-in. I simply opened the door to what felt like my home-away-from-home.

Big two bed room. New and clean. I would stay again. Don’t like trash. If you gave someone clean the place why not gave them take out trash maybe every couple days and it would be perfect.

The condo was great, only ice maker did not work. Only major problem was i had several questions during trip and the phone number i was given never led me to a person, only an answering service and then a call back later. We had to go an entire night without wi-fi because of it.

Good access to convention center, plenty of room.

We were staying here to be close to the convention center for business. The location was good, the condo was in excellent condition. My only two complaints are extremely minor. When we arrived, the hallway on the 2nd floor smelled like a dumpster. Apparently, the garbage bins outside of each condo could really use a thorough cleaning. The other thing was the request that we strip beds and take out trash before leaving. As this was a business trip, we had to get up at the crack of dawn to pack our suitcases and rush over to the convention center to work our booth. We didn't have time for doing household chores....and when paying nearly $300 per night to stay at a "hotel"...it feels tacky to be asked to do so. Like I said...extremely minor complaints, but worth mentioning if it helps improve others' experiences.

It's a self catering condo. Comes with everything you need. No staff around, just the grounds/building maintenance folks to take care of the trash. The door has an electronic lock and they send you the code a few days before your trip. 2nd floor. Lots of handicapped parking outside and it's very accessible if that's something you need. Nicely located near Universal (10 mins) and Disney (25 mins). It's on Universal Blvd so close to lots and lots (and lots) of restaurants, attractions and a grocery store. Very easy to get to from I4. Seems to be in a fairly quiet area. Uber/Lyft are fairly cheap options to get around to most stuff. It was around $7 to take a Lyft to Universal. Pool is nice but can be busy. No lifeguard. Bar serves food but it's expensive. Towels were fine. Bedding was clean. Enough crockery for the 3 of us but definitely not enough if you were the full compliment of 6. Full laundry facilities in the condo. Wifi worked fine. Lots and lots of free parking. All in all an excellent place to stay. and somewhere I wouldn't hesitate to come back to.

Spacious, clean and comfortable Condo

We really liked this apartment and it’s in a great location for the Conference Centre. Inside was spotlessly clean but the balcony furniture was dirty. All usual amenities available but crockery missing and insufficient for 4-6 people. Would be good if towels were replaced with bigger, softer ones. Stayed for a weekend and consider it good value for money for 2 couples.

The client seems to be non-important to this hotel

Pretty much we never saw anyone from the staff at least to know that they were keeping an eye on us regarding the hotel facilities. First of all we tried to cancel the reservation with more than a month ahead of anticipation and they didn't accept it unless we pay 30% of the total amount (just to clarify is not cheap). Then, after many calls, e-mails, etc, it wasn't possible to cancel it so we decided that we had to go, and ohh surprise!!!! the first night I was the one that slept in the living room on a sofa-bed, well this "sofa-bed" was the most uncomfortable one in the entire world, I couldn't sleep well, my back was hurting and I was in a business trip...so Imagine that, I took pictures of the mattress because it was so thin and you could feel the springs digging in your back. I will post them for sure. At the next day I decided to speak to the hotel staff so they would sorted out for me and the guy that I spoke with didn't seem to care because he stated that my complain was the first time ever for them.....such an unthoughtful answer. So to not make this story longer I had to sleep in the same bed next to my boss. Thanks for that Resort Homes of Florida Never ever will recommend this hotel and never will be back.
