Do not rent this house!! Please read!
Where do I begin? The place definitely photographs better than it looks in real life. Someone has tried to make it look like a good place, furniture and decorations were fairly new and nicer, with the exception of a bunch of stains on the couch. There was a list of cleaning issues that I had emailed them to take care of, including many light bulbs that were burnt out. They did take care of the bulbs, but that’s it on the inside. The pool had dirt caked on the bottom. They sent someone out, it did look cleaner, but it could’ve been so much better. And the icing on the cake is we found BEDBUGS in one of the twin bedrooms!! They sent someone for that too, which all they did was change the sheets. Communication was good right up until I asked if there would be any compensation for the troubles. Now, there’s no more emails. Seriously, find another home to rent. They are all better than this one. And before the owner/property manager can reply, don’t bother trying to explain these things away. You dropped the ball with this place. I just wish I could upload pictures here so people can see the real condition of this house.
