We did not stay at this property
The property description listed was not what was at the home. There was no game room. The pool/hot tub was not working, there were only sheets in the bed and the house was not clean. Blinds were broken and on the floor when we walked in. The agent never confirmed my reservation and the front door was unlocked and would not lock once she found our reservation after she called security. Our card had already been charged as well. She did give us a refund but would not give us a full and after speaking with a Vrbo rep they explained about a charge she would get for giving us a refund. There was also a car parked in the garage. We did lot stay here and the listing on Vrbo needs to be changed if the home owner is no longer going to have the home with certain amenities.
