Beautiful Home, Terrible Check In Process
The property was wonderful. Plenty of room for our 16 guests for a weekend. However, the check in process was horrible. First, the line to get into the property at 4:00pm (check in time) was terribly long. Secondly, no where on the confirmation or reservation did it say you had to give the full names of ALL the guests over 18 arriving. We drove in multiple cars and nobody was allowed access until I sent a message to the property manager with their names. One of my guests waited in line 4 times for entry. Had I known about this requirement I would have completed it well before arriving. Adding insult to injury, after everyone eventually made it to the property two of my guests cars were broken into on our first night there. After security being so tight at the gate, I was appalled that no cameras were set up around the property or in the parking areas. there was no security personnel on site or driving around. Aside for these two issues, our stay was very enjoyable. I would highly suggest that whoever creates the listings add's the entry requirement on the listing and the confirmed reservation. This will make the stay and entry process smoother and less stressful for everyone.
