Unit Nice, Building Not So Much
The property management was great--I traded emails a few times before our trip and they were very responsive. The contactless check-in--no problem. The unit itself--clean, and well-stocked with kitchen utensils, toiletries, etc, The bed (we only used the MBR) & sofa were comfortable and in good shape. Nice balcony with a view, overlooking the pond/fountain. The only slight critique would be the lack of outlets and/or USB ports near the bed. Not a huge deal though.
The reason for the 3 stars was the building/complex itself. Our building had 2 elevators--both were out of service the entire week. Half of our building was covered in plastic sheathing and all taped off (construction I'd guess--although none was going on that I could see) The rest of the complex was undergoing a roof replacement or something as there were roof tiles all on the ground and pretty constant construction vehicle activity.
Our trip was not "bad" by any means--but it certainly wasn't the relaxing laid-back "resort feel" stay that we had expected.
However, I actually would not hesitate to deal with this management company again--I'd even consider renting the unit again--once construction is finished!
