  • A beautiful and spacious 8 bedroom / 6 bathroom family villa providing the ultimate vacation rental experience for Theme Park Vacationers and families. Gorgeous accommodation and outdoor space combines with themed children's bedrooms and games room to create wonderful memories for the whole family.

    Sleeps up to 16 adults/children, ideal for family get togethers or two families sharing
    Covered swimming pool with separate hot tub. (Pool and Spa can be heated for extra charge).

    Ideally located at Westside At Windsor Resort within a few minutes walk of the clubhouse with its communal pool, lazy River, waterslide children's splash area, gym, volleyball court and video arcade. Only a short drive to Disney and Orlando's other attractions, this private resort makes for the perfect base for your vacation.

    Privately owned, this house has been meticulously cared for and updated and now provides the ultimate in vacation rental accommodation.

I honestly dont have any complaints about the property. The house was beautiful and very clean. They literally thought of everything you would need and thoroughly appreciated that. The communication regarding booking was great and timely. The tv' in the rooms we're connected for cable but honestly we were there for a vacation and to celebrate my college graduation. By the time we settled each night, nonone needed to watch tv. Amazing stay and would most definitely book this company and property again.

When we arrived the property looked great. Small problems were encountered. All of the upstairs TVs failed to work. Notified owner and was told they were tested to make sure they worked. They did not work. Evidently all of the cable boxes didn’t work. Turn coffee maker was broken. Two days later new one delivered. It lasted one day. On our last day there after being at Epcot all day we arrived home at 10 pm to be locked out of the house with an 11 month old and three grandkids 6, 8 and 10 yrs old.

Upon check-in, gate code was wrong. Luckily, security guard let us through with email of rental. When we pulled up to home (approx 1hr plus after checkin time), the maint guy was walking out of the house which made me question why he was even there. He’s nice guy, made sure we can access the home via key pad and walked us in. While guy was still there, 1st thing we checked out was the pool and it was super cold- come to find out it was not heated as confirmed days prior to checkin. Luckily the maint guy gave us correct gate code and got in touch with owner about the heat for pool. It took about 3-4 days to heat pool to where we can finally swim comfortably which was unfortunate because those were the days we did not have theme park tickets and had planned to just relax at the house. We did a whole house deep clean (as much as possible) because the place was disgusting- kitchen counters, I swear were never wiped down. All of the blue chairs in kitchen had crumbs/vomit looking stains all over them. The worst part was, only 2 of the beds and the Spider-Man room sheets were changed out (clean sheets)- trust me, my husband travels for a living so we know how to spot sheets/bedding that was NOT changed out. I stripped down one room’s bedding sheets because that was the room my daughter wanted to sleep in just to find out the mattress had several pee looking stains- so disgusting! community trash is across the street so we smelled trash when out. Kitchen pans all had burnt stains
