Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda

Check-in process was very disconnected. No one on site was able to help. The furnishings were very worn and not comfortable. They failed to mention that items like towels or washcloths would not be provided. Attempted for 2 days to get linen and never was able to get. Loved the location but would rethink our next stay.
