Beautiful property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for! Very clean, cozy and comfortable. We were very pleased with our rental and even moreso when we saw the house that my sister had rented.

Lovely villa though needs a spring clean

The villa is just as described and beds are really comfortable. It definitely needs a spring clean of skirting etc and fresh coat of paint. Very close to pool/Clubhouse, my family loved it there. Tin opener also needs replacing as rusty and does not work.

2nd stay

This was our second time at Sol Terra. We wanted to come back because our first visit was very positive. This time was much different. While the property and house were beautiful, the neighborhood was extremely crowded and there were parties at all hours of the night. There were no seats at the pool and the people were extremely rowdy. The houses around us has 18-25 people (per the people telling us) staying in the homes at one time. Which made for no parking. I would stay at Sol Terra again but it would not be during the summer months.
