Cozy with all of the basic necessities. Quiet and safe residential area but only a 15 minute drive to the lively scene of downtown.
The space
This beautiful spacious studio has high ceilings, luxury modern design, and amazing lighting . The studio is attached to the main house but it is totally private, peaceful and quiet with separate entrance. Backyard, pool and patio is not shared, it will be all yours. Full bathroom, a king sized bed, large tv, high speed wifi, a computer desk and chair, stainless steel appliances with full kitchen, oven with airfryer setting, and coffee maker with keurig option. Free parking available and all of the basic necessities for a pleasant stay. Please do not smoke inside the studio, smoking on the patio is okay. Guest are required to be recommended by other Airbnb host and no negative reviews, Nonnegotiable. No parties, large gatherings or pets. Thank you!!
