Atlantica is equipped with all the comforts of home, resort style! Treat yourself to the private enclosed pool and spa on the back lanai. There is a full game room, tvs in every room, Free wi-fi and cable, and outdoor dining. This is a perfect place for up to 12 guests to enjoy quality family time & make great memories! Guests have full access to the resort amenities.
If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The cost for heating the pool is $50/day.
If you would like to enjoy the use of the grill, also please let us know so we can give you access. Grill cleaning is $45 and the propane is self attended.
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the unit during your stay.

Windsor at Westside is a gated community, with an attendant. Extraordinary 10000 sq.ft. clubhouse, huge resort-style pool, Lazy River, water slide, tiki bar, fitness center, volleyball courts, multi-purpose sports courts, sundry shop, and video arcade. Guests will have full access to these amenities.
Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The unit is about 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is surrounded by really great restaurants and shopping centers. Apart from the restaurants and bars on site, here are some of the most visited places in Orlando:

Wi-Fi and cable, free parking, and linens and towels are provided free during your stay.
A BBQ grill rental (no propane tank-self attended) is available for use for an additional fee. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.
The private pool or Jacuzzi can be heated during the winter months for an extra charge and is only available for reservations of 3 days or more. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.
There is no daily housekeeping service but the unit will be thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
The unit is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.
We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation
Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- If you're booking through a reservation platform where we are the merchant of record, a $500USD security deposit will be charged before your arrival and subsequently refunded 5-7 days after your check out, providing no damages were caused during your stay. Please note that a 3.75% credit card fee will be deducted from the transaction.
Please note: When reservation is made through VRBO/HomeAway payments made will appear as Starlight Holdings, LLC on your statement. Charges are made via Stripe.
