The staff were wonderful. However, the apartment was poorly designed. The small BR on the ground floor had no closet and only a Queen bed that was like seeping pile of hay. It was 17 steps up to the kitchen living/room and another 17 steps up to the two bedrooms. We are in our late 80's and in good health but the stairs were a problem. the promotion on this apt. should have mentioned the three levels.

Very relaxing

The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The convenient location of this property made our vacation very relaxing and enjoyable. We spent time at the theme parks which were only a 10 minute drive away and LOVED coming back to the nice heated pool and having a good night swim. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home & resort amenities

The house has 3 levels. Entry level has a bedroom, the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. It comes with starter supplies but you’ll definitely need to purchase more if you stay a week or longer. The washer/dryer is in the closet of the entry level bedroom. The pool was great, activities & music on the weekend. I’d stay here again.

The Vistacay complex is great. The specific condo we stayed in was a bit outdated. Too much carpeting for a FL home which brought a musty smell.

Not returning to the community

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in the community another time was through a private owner.. we learned that both places have issues with their a.c as we weren't allowed to adjust the temp . Maybe it's the communities ac units.. it was humid and had a muggy smell in the townhouse. It was more dated than we expected with carpet throughout the whole place which didn't help with the smell. We left the windows open all day one day to try to help air it out... both nights no one slept well due to the a.c and comfortability of the beds and pillows. The main issue is that both nights a large truck pulled into the neighborhood around 3am with extremely loud music and drove up and down the streets.. it seemed like someone like that was hoping someone would come outside just to start problems... I didn't feel safe there with my family.
