The house wasn't clean tomorrow standards. Carpets weren't vacuumed and were dirty. We were told that they prob need to be shampood but there wasn't enough time because of back to back rentals. Someone did come and vacuum when I talked about carpets. There were no curtains on the livingroom window and it looked like the rod was ripped off the wall. The bathrooms and general appearance of the house was great but it needed a deep clean. They forgot to leave the main key pool fob at the house and didn't get it until 3 days in to the trip and I had a 7 yr old who wanted to swim. Anyway, we have stayed in Serenity homes three times now and do not like to be disappointed. We did make the best of our vacation because we were together and had wonderful weather.
