Elevator Out

Our unit's elevator was not working and I have a bad knee. I called front desk and they said they had a service ticket open. I was very uncomfortable all week climbing the stairs. They did not offer to move us to another room. Also your need to walk to your room from a parking lot. We left a day early (I let front desk know) and did not recieve a refund for that day.
