I stayed seven days in Orlando. The only chance that I used credit card was in this hotel. Then I got fraud issue at the checkout day that someone used my credit card to buy something on the Internet, USD 400 at the online shop called Aphoralux in Florida.
I called the service line and they didn't even try to check the fraud issue.

Our suite, although a little dated, was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pools and boardwalk. The resort could use another restaurant.

Beautiful kid friendly resort set around a pond. We were in tower 2. Renovations did not bother us and its only business hours. We said no to timeshare and they were respected our no. We were sent a lovely notion for our anniversary and it was very kind of our check in worker. The rooms are nice but some are showing a bit of age. We had a one bedroom deluxe. It was very busy on mothers day. The restaurants were very good from what we tried.

The resort was an A experience. Hans and Erma at the front desk were amazingly helpful, patient, and empathetic.
Expedia on the other hand was poor in their handling of my lost reservation. Because of them, my checkin took over an hour. Ultimately they had to recreate my reservation since Expedia lost it. Since it took so long, I lost the only free time in my schedule that day. When I asked the virtual assistance “person” how Expedia planned to make this right, I had no response. Thanks Expedia for taking zero responsibility!!
