The Dining Area with seating for 8 guests just oozes elegance and is another lovely addition to the home. A place to enjoy some home cooking and catch up with the family after a day at the parks or shopping malls over a glass of wine or 2.

The Bedrooms are beautiful with contemporary interiors that give a real sense of luxury. They are both spacious and comfortable and of the standard you would expect in a 5* hotel. These are all the perfect haven to retreat to at the end of a busy day.
Bedroom one (downstairs) this room has a beautiful King-Sized bed with black and white feature artworks and white furnishings throughout. Modern, bold and spacious it has a Flat Screen TV and an en-suite with bath and separate shower plus vanity basin unit. You have access from the en-suite onto the pool area for this bedroom.
Bedroom two (upstairs) has a cool, calming feel with its white wooden furnishings and mix of white and blue soft furnishings. This room has a Flat Screen TV and an en-suite with walk in shower and double vanity basin.
Bedroom three (upstairs) has a relaxing feel, with pale lemon soft furnishings. This room also has a Flat Screen TV and an en-suite with walk in shower and vanity basin.
Bedroom four (upstairs) has two twin beds, it is stunning and modern and an ideal space for friends, siblings or cousins to share. This room has a TV and access to a shared bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower and double vanity basin.
Bedroom five (upstairs) this Disney themed room has bunk beds (bottom is a full, top is a single) and is a fantastic space to really fell part of the whole Disney experience. This room has a TV and access to a shared bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower and double vanity basin.
The Loft area is another fabulous addition to the home, with its huge cosy sofa and Flat Screen TV and is another great space to keep the children amused, chill and watch a movie, that nights ball game or just simply hang out and relax. It also has the added bonus of a Pac Man arcade console for you all to enjoy.

Resort Facilities:
*The resort facilities are operated by a third-party provider, and an Amenity Access Fee is required to use them.
This is a one-time fee per house, per reservation, for the entire stay - payable directly to the Clubhouse:
1–12 guests: $35
13+ guests: $45
If you choose not to use the clubhouse facilities, no fee is required.
Please note that access to these facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
Guests are also required to provide their own equipment for use of the sports facilities.

- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk

- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)

- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- For system safety, AC cannot be set below 72°F
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
