Situated on Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport it is ideally positioned for Disney and the other area attractions. Only a short drive to Champions Gate Village which benefits from a good selection of restaurants and supermarkets plus there are numerous award-winning championship golf course’s all within a few miles. It is also just minutes from the Posner Park Shopping Mall that includes a multiscreen cinema complex and other stores and restaurants.
Our open plan rental is homely and spacious with a blend of interior decor to suit everyone. It is perfect home for all your guests as it offers space, comfort and luxury.
The Living Area is positioned to the rear of the home. It is modern with plenty of natural light and with views of the pool and onto the lake it is simply stunning. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen television, which is great for the party gather around in the evening to unwind and enjoy a movie or a game at the end of a busy day visiting many of the attractions that Florida has to offer.
The Kitchen is open plan and situated between the main living and dining areas of the home and is fully equipped to cater for all your needs. The breakfast bar is perfect for a quick snack or lunch and is also ideal to chat with your guests while preparing meals.
The Dining Area is situated towards the front of the home just off the kitchen and is another place for the family to gather in the evenings and chat, perhaps plan more trips to the many attractions that Florida has while enjoying a home cooked meal.
The 2nd Lounge is situated at the front of the home as you come through the front door with comfy seating and a coffee table where you can get away from the main hub of the house to enjoy a game of cards, read the newspapers or your latest book.
The Pool Deck has a real Wow factor with its sunning lake view. It has an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 guests as well as comfortable sun loungers to soak up the Florida sunshine, read a book or enjoy watching the children playing in the pool.

Bedroom 1 – (downstairs) this King Suite has dark furnishings and features an en-suite which has a corner bath, separate shower and basin unit. There is a Flat Screen Television and Ceiling Fan.
Bedroom 2 – (upstairs) this room has a King-Sized bed, dark furnishings and features a Flat Screen TV, it has an en-suite with a bath and overhead shower and vanity basin unit
Bedroom 3 – (upstairs) this room has a Queeen-Sized bed, with luxury dark furniture and feature wall. It has a Flat Screen TV and en-suite with a bath, shower and vanity basin unit.
Bedroom 4 – (upstairs) this Minnie Mouse themed twin bedroom has a Flat Screen television and Jack n Jill bathroom facilities with a bath with shower and a vanity basin unit.
Bedroom 5 – (upstairs) another Minnie Mouse themed twin bedroom which also has a Flat Screen TV and Jack n Jill bathroom facilities with a bath with shower and a vanity basin unit.
Bedroom 6 – is a Queen Sized suite with en suite facilities featuring a bath with overhead shower and a vanity basin unit. This room also includes a Flat Screen TV

Resort Facilities:
*The resort facilities are operated by a third-party provider, and an Amenity Access Fee is required to use them.
This is a one-time fee per house, per reservation, for the entire stay - payable directly to the Clubhouse:
1–12 guests: $35
13+ guests: $45
If you choose not to use the clubhouse facilities, no fee is required.
Please note that access to these facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
Guests are also required to provide their own equipment for use of the sports facilities.

Policies:
- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)
- Photo ID required before check-in
- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- For system safety, AC cannot be set below 72°F
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
