Looking for a place to enjoy a few days, I expected a comfortable experience that matched the price paid, but unfortunately, this house did not meet those expectations.The positives included a spacious house with a pool, air conditioning, clean and sufficient bathrooms, and good water pressure and temperature. The carpet was clean, and although the pool was cold, it was a nice feature.However, several negative aspects affected our stay. From the moment we arrived, the house did not give a good impression: the lawn was uncut, the exterior lighting was poor (we had to use a phone flashlight to open the door). Additionally, we could not use the garage, which is very important for safety and convenience, especially when paying for the entire house.The overall maintenance was lacking: the TV was outdated, the pool screen was broken, the pool was not clean and had trash around it. Some outdoor chairs were broken, and some kitchen appliances and utensils were damaged or limited. We found a broken pipe under the sink causing leaks, and one of the beds was poorly assembled, which caused accidents.At 185 per night, I expected much more in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and comfort. I would not recommend this property until significant improvements are made.
